In 1946, the name was changed to Harwick Standard Chemical Company

During the 1960's, a new logo was created using the "flask"

In 1968, when the company was owned by Chemetron, it was known as Harwick Inc.

In 1971, after the buyout from Chemetron, the name was changed to Harwick Chemical Corporation

In the mid 1970's the logo was updated, and incorporated an embossed flask on the letterheads and business cards

While the logo stayed the same, the company changed to Harwick Chemical Manufacturing Corporation after the sale to M.A.Hanna in 1997

In 1997, a new logo was created for the new Harwick Standard Distribution Corporation after the sale of manufacturing business
